Apprentice Engineer
Description: Megachip is India’s premier diagnostic medical imaging equipment provider with an
exemplary service record of 29+ years. We are an authorized dealer for importing and installing state of the art CT
and MRI medical imaging equipments from reputed manufacturers. Over the years, we have installed more than
500 such systems thereby enabling medical practitioners to access superior and trusted diagnostic imaging
equipments.The company intends to fill open positions in the Customer Service Department with details as underlined below.
Job Title: Apprentice Engineer
Job Location: Bangalore / Mumbai
Workplace Type: On site / Off site
Job Type: Full time
Qualification: Freshers – ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics & Communication
Skills: The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and ability to maintain a good relationship
with customers. The candidate should have passion to learn and effectively contribute in the related field of work.
The candidate is expected to show complete accountability in so for as turnaround time to customer calls is
considered. They should be able to work in a team environment and demonstrate excellent working skills.
Responsibilities:
- Learn troubleshooting of problems in medical imaging equipments like CT and MRI
- Assist in resolving customer service calls related to CT and MRI systems
- Assist seniors in installations of CT and MRI systems
- Independently handle preventive maintenance activities of CT and MRI systems
- Continuously undergo trainings and update skills in related fields of work
- Preparation of work reports and submission of the same
